The results of the Young Scientist Award Program (BAGEP), conducted by Bilim Akademisi (Science Academy) to support outstanding early-career researchers, have been announced for 2026. Within this scope, Assoc. Prof. Dr. İsmail Uyanık, our faculty member, has been awarded the BAGEP 2026 prize in recognition of his high-quality scientific contributions and strong research potential.
Since its launch in 2013, the BAGEP program has aimed to encourage the scientific productivity of young academics and support their research activities. The program provides research funding for a period of two years, thereby contributing to the sustainability and advancement of high-quality scientific work. Organized by Bilim Akademisi, the program is funded independently of public resources and is supported through donations and societal contributions.
