I am an Assistant Professor at Hacettepe University, Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department, Ankara, Turkey. I received my B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in Hacettepe University, Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department, Ankara, Turkey in 2006, 2009, and 2016, respectively. My research interests include resource allocation in OFDMA systems, cognitive communication techniques in next generation networks, communications in interference limited networks and cooperative communications, visible light communication techniques, and optimization theory.
